Terms of Service

1. Scope of Agreement

Welcome to 4X Studios. By accessing our website (https://www.4xstudios.com/) or commissioning our custom web systems, performance marketing campaigns, CRM pipelines, brand films, or consulting services, you accept and agree to comply strictly with the terms, conditions, and policies set forth in this document. If you do not accept these terms, you must cease website interactions and service engagements immediately.

2. Operations & Service Provision

We work systematically to build, deploy, and scale brand ventures under "The Multiplier Method." While we implement top-tier technical and creative tactics to increase ROI and search metrics, final outcomes are dependent on market shifts, network variables, and algorithm updates. Thus:

• All specifications and timelines detailed in our contract briefs represent targets, and we will make every effort to satisfy them.
• Services are configured for the client's sole corporate use and must not be white-labeled, resold, or redistributed without explicit authorization in writing from 4X Studios.
• Test environments (e.g. self-hosted automation integrations) must not be utilized for illegitimate communications or SPAM actions.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, designs, frameworks, copy, logos, visual transitions, and imagery authored or developed by 4X Studios prior to final payment clearance remain the exclusive intellectual property of 4X Studios. Upon successful completion of contract terms and full settlement of invoice totals:

• The client is granted a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the delivered assets (web builds, brand videos, marketing graphics) for their operations.
• 4X Studios retains the right to display design fragments, motion sequences, and case study statistics in public agency portfolios.

4. Limitation of Liability

4X Studios, its directors, developers, or creators shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of ad budgets, drop in organic rankings, API service outages, or hosting downtime) resulting from the deployment or maintenance of custom applications or ad campaigns. All code builds and integrations are delivered "as is," supported by corresponding post-launch warranty agreements if contracted.

5. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms, and all service agreements signed with 4X Studios, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any litigation, disputes, or claim resolutions arising out of website usage or agency operations shall fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Navi Mumbai/Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

6. Agreement & Changes
